Recipe for Heartfelt Bliss with Rose and Ceremonial Cacao

Our Heart Opening Rose Ceremonial Cacao recipe invites you to indulge in the luxurious embrace of rose and the grounding essence of ceremonial cacao.


  • 2 tbsp of Mindful Cacao
  • 1 cup of hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 -3 teaspoons of food grade rose or rose water essence
  • Sweetener of choice (monkfruit, dates, honey or maple syrup)
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt
  • A splash of nut or seed milk of your choice (Optional)
  • 1-2 teaspoons coconut oil for extra creaminess (Optional)


  1. In a blender or in a saucepan (on a stove top) combine your Cacao and Rose essence (start with 1 teaspoon and add more for preferred taste)
  2. Sweeten to taste with sweetener of your choice
  3. Add a pinch of Himalayan Salt
  4. Optional- Add nut/seed milk and/or coconut oil
  5. Blend all ingredients or stir/whisk in saucepan on low heat until ingredients melt without boiling
  6. Pour into your favourite cup. Optional – Sprinkle rose petals on top of your cup
  7. Hold the cup to your heart and infuse it with gratitude and intention.
